Children Are Physically Developing All the Time

Whilst it seems perfectly natural to support your child in their favourite activity. Too much focus on one activity can hinder a child’s physical development.

Building muscles through different sports, helps improve all-round performance.

Here’s our list of top activities than can help improve your golf.

Football
Great to improve leg and hip strength, as well as being great cardio… Something that we all need!

Basketball
Build the strength in your arms by shooting hoops! Basketball is also a great way to improve balance and co-ordination.

Dancing
Who doesn’t love a boogie. Dance is a great workout that works all muscles and helps co-ordinate your body to shape the perfect swing.

Bowls
A more leisurely sport, but believe it or not, bowls requires a lot of skill that can really aid putting. Great bowls players use varying speed, lines and distance control to finish right on the jack.

Tennis
There are a lot of similarities to the perfect shot in tennis and golf. Both sports require, a full range of shots that require great hand eye co-ordination, good use of the hips, arms and balance.

Gymnastics
Put simply, gymastics is great for everything. Gymastics is superb to increase flexibility, posture, strength and who wouldn’t love to somersault when making a 50 foot putt!
